The Lada Niva from NEO looks great, although I hoped that herpa would release it, because then it would be cheaper and one could buy more variants. The NEO cars are great, but they have so thin mirrors that you almost can't dare to take them out of their box. Which is ok for a Jaguar MkVII, but the Lada should get out in the wild Nonetheless I'm really happy to finally have a good model of it I also hope for 1/87th scale models of their Toyota Land Cruiser, Mazda 323F, Jaguar XJ-C, Buick Century Caballero Estate Wagon, the Jeep and some Honda's.

They have a lot of interesting models. I for myself hope that they also bring the Japanese models they have in 1/43 scale in 1/87

That would be nice.
But it is possible that Spark will do them, as they already have the Lotus 7 and Exige S2 in their 1/87 program and possibly the old Elan follows...

Yeah, it's too bad what happened to Masterpiece (whatever that is) and BillC also didn't say anything about it. I would just like to know, if the models will come or not. So we can get on. But it would be really sad, if the models are finished and still won't see their customers. I also thought it would be a good opportunity for another company to buy the toolings and finally sell them, if Masterpiece won't do it.

Mercedes usually had not wanted promo models of facelifted models since the Mercedes E-Class W210 facelift and also did not want the SL facelift that herpa financed on its own. So chances to see a C-Class facelift are more than slim I guess...but we'll see the C-Class Coupé I guess.
Audi just wanted promo models of all the facelifts that featured the single frame grille to promote this new important design feature, so they ordered facelifts of the A4, A4 Cabriolet, A3 3-door and A8. They didn't do it with the A6 sedan facelift, because it was not as important as the new face.

Hello Mr. Ricko,
the models are superb, I love the Cuda and the Lexus. Is there anything else coming from Ricko this year? Any news?

Neo has also updated its homepage and now we can see samples of the Jaguar Mk8 and the Mercedes 300B Pininfarina. There is no picture of the Saab, though.

The Lexus looks great. Is the white SUV that stands in front of it an Opel Antara?

The Skoda is a simple, but good model. You can even open the tailgate (don't know if this is the right word). You can also choose between the Pick Up based on the Favorit and the Felicia Pick Up based on the Favorit-facelift Felicia (and additionally the VW Caddy) and different bodies (open bed, closed bed etc.)

Vito, don't cancel it. I guess it also has to do with Ricko's US distributor. And think about it's almost the only modern Japanese vehicle available. We need it to be successful. But I can understand your frustration. However, I have all colors and it's a really great model (besides the little too small wheels as always) and it's worth the wait.

The new Norev Citroen DS3 looks spectacular I also love the herpa models and the Neo Saab looks really good, although I don't like the part where the softtop and A-pillar meet, because it looks like one piece.
