I was wondering what that blue beast was... It does look like Blixt Gordon's Aston Martin Lagonda Coupé.

Dear Sirs: Now that I looked at the site mentioned above: singular.piranho.de/ I can add these to my favorite models-from the Daytona to the trucks that were/are being modeled.I got fascinated by pratically all the articles. The Daytona looks good;so does the trucks. Lancia,Sisu,Iveco...oh boy! By the way,the 'made in China' truck looks like a Nissan Cabover truck. One of these was originally made by Tomica and the Chinese offered models of these themselves. All these graduate to my list of favorites...............

Well....... I'm thinking about Haxo's Renault Galion and l'Obsidiënne's Berliet Stradair and SV Modele's Peugeot 202 Cabriolet. But also about all the models which can be upgraded with Automobilia transkits. But I stay, because of nostalgie, to Fiat 1400 (Seat-Eko)
Not nowadays quality but the model exist 50 years by now!
Greetz..

SV models, Haxo, l'Obsidiënne... I believe Cor has somewhat esoteric taste.
I have a new favorite ready made model: Brekina's Porsche 917 leaves absolutely nothing to be desired, except for further paint schemes.

Dear Sirs:
The Lamborghinis and the Maserati from Ricko are becoming - fast - a nomination on my list of favorite models.
Add to that - if I did not cited that before - the Chevrolet Impala from CMW.

Herzog Sauber C12 acquired at a Chicago Swap Meet of the 87th Vehicle Club (thanks Bob Kelly!).
The new Ricko Lamborghini Gallardo (stunning paint and detail).
Herpa Ferrari Testarossa (I was amazed at the detail for the time...it is still impressive)

Herpa Ferrari Testarossa (I was amazed at the detail for the time...it is still impressive) Absolutely agree with you. I still remember the day when I bought that car. That one and the Jaguar XJ12 (Private Collection) were two precious jewels for me.

I have followed this thread with great interest, but there is no way I could single out one model as my absolute favorite. It changes all the time.

I have followed this thread with great interest, but there is no way I could single out one model as my absolute favorite. It changes all the time. Dear Sirs: My mother had the best answer when I asked her which one out of my models was the nicer one: 'Each one has its own beauty'. Quite valid. But still, today we praise the Rickos or Brekinas; tomorrow can be someone else, specially if the competition at this scale would became very fierce.
