Dear Sylvain:
Nice Falcons and nicer Job done to them! Quick question: where you get these Falcons from? I been adding Australian cars to the collection lately, so I want to grab these (I have an article on the Australian Falcons at Collectable Automobile Magazine, and that helps a lot). Thanks. I want to see the final modifications to these items as well.
Oh, Bucket Seats (the separate ones), Bench Seats (the whole ones).

Dear Sylvain: Nice Falcons and nicer Job done to them! Quick question: where you get these Falcons from?… Thanks Nick! I've bought them on eBay, from an Australian buyer named "casulahobbies". It was the cheapest I found on eBay, especially for the shipping fares. But I've seen they are now available at Truck Stop Models. …Oh, Bucket Seats (the separate ones), Bench Seats (the whole ones). Thanks again!

Received yesterday the new 3 axle gravel trailer kit in resin from Ralph Ratcliffe Models along with cast resin air horns, fuels tanks and truck wheels. The kit is an easy build but has a lot of detail. All the resin castings are crisp and clean.
Nick, Truck Stop Models is carrying the Road Rangers Ford Falcons.

Dear All:
Today, I went to BHOH and got Masterpiece's Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Still the only miniature of this vehicle, and quite well done.

Dear All:
I like these items, and this site gives enough info about them - the MPC two inch cars. Today, I received the pack from eBay, and contains one hundred (100) of them. Time to list them off. It is possible that - with my two recent purchases - I have over two hundred of these little items. Unusual models, such as Corvair Station Wagon.
I will check to see if BHOH will bring the Neos. Still hoping they reduce their 1/43 scaled Town Car and Caddy to 1/87 scale. I am waiting for the Lincoln in that size.

Dear All:
From Burbank House of Hobbies: Mitubishi Canter flatbed truck. It seems the Atlas (as the Model Train Maker) is distributing the HO Wellys; hence, I got the 2005 Mustang from them (I love Wellys in all scales). And a Military Truck from Playing Mantis / Johnny Lightning.

Nothing too exciting, but my local Toys R Us had a load of the Hot Wheels and I picked up a blue and a silver Shelby Daytona. I think this was the same box where I got a Superbird before Christmas.

Dear All:
I had several purchases this weekend, notably from Burbank House of Hobbies:
Bidding for: Unknown (China Made) Manufacturer - Ford Escort II, 1979 Winner of the Acropolis Rally, diecast - nice piece; Miber Toyota Supra Rally - the wheels are incredibly nice on it; Herpa M.A.N. SU240 Transit Bus with T.M.W. Markings (Technical Museum). Lost: Chevrolet C60 Tractor and Van Trailer, made by a Czeck Company. As I remember, when the late Bob Kelley had to go to Europe to get these; there was an Hendrickson Falt bed Truck and a White 3000 Tanker that I got from him; a white/red with Esso Markings White 3000 Tanker from the same Manufacturer was acquired from BHOB. When I get to BHOB monthly, I look as his 'liquidation' section - a place where discounted models are avaliable; some did not made a sale on eBay - and found the following Ferreros: Lamborghini Diablo, Ferrari 312 (I think - looks like the Hot Wheels one - Jaguar SS100, Porsche 936 Racer with Michelin Markings, and a Porsche 962. I also got an HO Siku formula racer, red.
An Yat Ming Tractor Trailer, a Road Champs Tractor Trailer, a Lledo Double Decker bus (they are HO), an Espewe Double Decker Bus, a Wiking Bussing Senator Transit Bus and an AB/Joy Toy from another sources completed my round of purchases.
From another dealer, there is an International Transtar with Fire Ladder Trailer. The dealer is not sure about it; may be an ERTL 1/64 unit (the seller is not sure) but it looks this Transtar which is close to either 1/90 or 1/100 scale and was made in Hong Kong or China. Will know when it arrives.

Just recieved my Classic Metalworks 53 Ford Country Squire wagons. I bought two of each of the 5 colors. Not bad little wagons. As Mike Cook (blue55conv) had told me, The blue one and gray one are a little difficult to tell apart, and I don't think all the 53 Ford colors Classic Metalworks chose for these wagons were actually available on the Country Squire. I do like the wagons. Since the wood trim outline was printed on but not a molded on detail, I wasn't sure I would like these wagons, but they do look good. The proportions and body lines look spot on. The wood grain area on the tailgate looks a little too small to me as the license plate housing covers more than a third of the tailgate wood trim, but not being real familiar with this vintage Squire it may very well be accurate. Since the wood grain molding is not molded on, I expect that we'll see non woody wagon versionas as well (Country Sedan and Ranch Wagon). A 2 door sedan delivery version will be available this time next year.
