My most frustrating models came from Dyna Models. It seems to me as a lumb of metal. You are suppose to make a decent model out of it.

Lately I saw a picture of a scale vehicle next to a Matchbox. And it didn't look too bad. Can anyone make a list of matching diecast models??? The we can fix it with better details and other wheels uo to a real model! Like the Tuf Tots Stingray for example.

Does any know where I can find a printable scale conversion chart. I need to do a project in HO scale and need to change sizes. Thank you JV Sorry, I don't know but it's quit easy. When you have a size do x1.15 and take 1/100th. of it. Then you'll have the HO scale!

Harry, These are very nice kits especially for wh. metal. little in the way of flash and mold lines and good fit to everything. I was cautioned about the metal being very soft when I did one and it's true. I had to reinforce the wheels with brass rod because the model sagged under it's own weight when finished. Worth doing and aside from that a nice piece when done. I also have a few Packards (Victoria Convertible) but still unbuild. Thanks for the tip about the weight. Cor

Oh i have the best suggestion for the next reel rides I hope you mean the upper car! Normally I don't interfear in your choises about american cars but this seems too extreme. And ugly! Then there are better choises like the "Green Hornet" A Packard wasn't it? And how about the "A Team" GMC. And Grandma Duck's Detroit Electic??

Hi all: I referred Reel Rides to this post. Someone there took a look. Got the usual placebo answer; but, maybe they really did look. Keep your finger crossed that something interested them. Harry Well done Harry!

Bill C. As you see, they are too hungry for new models. If you serve them with a new model they imidiatley demands for more. I wonder how it come that they don't overeat themselves! I personly go for less than ten new models a year, but it must be very special models like the Airflow and Fiat for instance. And just one af them. Of course also some models from Jens; Peter and Björn .... For diecast, my favorites are Ricko and Masterpiece. For the plastic molded ones, Brekina. What I realy mean is: Are'nt there too many new models and new manufacturers at the moment? ? It seems to be a war in Diecastland! If it's a war, it's a war over fertile territory. The scale has growth opportunities that did not exist before, at least in the U.S. where the rush is filling a huge void that has existed for decades. Plus, while some people may strive to have every new model, most will pick those that interest them. Not everyone collects or models modern vehicles or classics from the 1930s, so there needs to be some variety. By the way, if Masterpiece can make you happy by offering an Airflow, we will consider this a "victory." Especially if it is one of your ten models this year! ;D Thanks Bill!

Ricko and Masterpiece are also plastic models. Like the ones from Brekina they are not diecast. Ah, you're right... That's why their quality is so much better!

Hi, Guys! This is the correct thread. Masterpiece will make the production version of the Challenger in 1/87 scale. Please note I cannot post any photos of the car or the model until the official introduction date next year. Bill C. How about a picture of the real one???

I'd like to see the 1964 Buick Riviera. And of course the Englisch models they are thinking of. Still keep it to the Vauxhall Prince Henry.
