Why didn't you use white glue on the wood? That's made for it. Welcome sa forum.

Thanks Christian. Maybe the best thing to do is to find the right color and repaint the damage part. And try to make new decals. It's not just a model of a few bucks. The monoposto was damaged on the bottom, so that's no problem. Cleaned with resin Prep (Sylvan Scale) and removed some paint. But it's a metal model so hardly to see on a Silver Arrow. The transporter is worse, blue and descriptions on the right door. Hope it will succeed.

I have a nice set from Morem. A "MB Rennwagentransporter" with 1955 MB W196 R Monoposto. The problem is the package. The models were bedded in foam, but after years the foam is gone and now sticks to the models. How can I remove it without damaging the lacquer? (And inscriptions.)

Hi! Here a suggestion for a next model: Isn't it a beauty?

I think that there is just a small market for modern up to date cars in Europe, therefor also not much interrests from the manufacturers here to produce them. Herpa is the brand of modern models, but all the others release youngtimers. Your only chance are the vintage manufacturers, but they mostly produce kits.(as mentioned)
Or a few-year-company like Fresh Cherries and others.

Sure, but you are talkin about resin kits, no rtr models. About the Ford Edge from JMK: I can ask him to make another run if I get enough response for it. (A run means at least 15 models)

All great news. But why so much in one time? Cannot afford them all.
