Excellent models. I must buy a number of each of them. Waiting for other new releases to be announced.

Hi: Those cars will be perfect for collectors. There is one volunteer fire department here who still uses a well maintained chief's car (red of course) with the single dome emergency light like these models instead of one of the modern multi-light bars now the standard.

Strongly disagree on the Ford. The body is very nice and captures the look nicely; but the grille doesn't look like the 1970s Fords as I remember them. It is more reminescent of an early Sixties Chrysler Imperial. Looks like I'll be giving mine the retractable-headlight LTD treatment.
The Fury, on the other hand, looks as near perfect as you can get it! I'll need to preorder a few more.

The Bugatti Type 35T looks very pretty, especially the very realistic tyres.
Why the flash light on the roof looks so big? Anyone can tell if the real one is in that size?

Dear All:
I agree about the Ford. Since it was announced, I been watching Hawaii 5 0 regulary on Cable channel 029, and based on what I see there, the headlight treatment and grille from the Masterpiece model does not like right; it seem that the rear section has issues as well. The Plymouth, on the other hand, is just perfect. Love the Bugattis; some more besides the ones which were made by some other manufacturer in the Past.

It's actually only about 2.5 scale inches taller than the real thing. The real Model 17 Beacon Ray stood 12 inches tall with the smallest base and multiple heights were offered. Measured with calipers, the lights on the Main Street Motors cars are just shy of 14.5 inches tall. The dome itself is right at 7 scale inches high, the same height above the base as the real Beacon Ray. It's also within a scale half-inch of the correct diameter.

Nice looking cars. Yes, those gumball lights are a tad too big. Maybe they'll be scaled back some before delivery?

Hello: Some images of the 70 Ford can be seen on Google image search and the grill of the 1/87 model does not give the look of the actual model. I think maybe the grill borderline is too thick. Other than that the models look great. sample photo: www.policeny.com/images/JD%200088trim%20(Custom).jpg regards

The grille borderline can be seen on the 1970 Ford Galaxie 500. However, it wasn't on the Custom and I am talking to the factory to see what can be done.

The Bugattis are truely impressive. The Mainstreet models look quite nice, too - they are painted, arent`t they?
