I would like to say that I have just become a father for the first time, so I guess the models will have to take a back seat for a little while! Annabel Mary Bickley was delivered by emergency cesarian at 10:24pm (GMT) on the 4th July, and weighed in at 1lb 13oz (0.82 KG) Mother is doing well and baby is doing much better than everyone expected! ;D

Congratulations. There is nothing like the joy of having children. I have 3 young ones myself. Welcome to fatherhood.

Wow, congratulations! Your wife wouldn't let you name the child Estima, would she?
All the best!

Thank you all! The little one will be in for at least 12 weeks, so I have been told. We moved house back in october, and the back bedroom where I had planned to set up my model workbench has now been converted into a nursery! No matter. I have now moved all my tools and equipment into work so I can do little bits in my lunch hour!

Congratulations Alan! My four kids are all out of the house now and I miss not having them around. Do enjoy every moment with your new bundle and remember, you will always be the #1 man in this lady's life forever.

Congradulations! One of the fire fighters I work with had a son at 24 weeks, and near the same weight. He is a happy healthy 5 year old now. Good luck to you and your family, and cherish every moment. They grow too quickly.
