To compliment my Pontiac Stationwagon dragster pictured in the "finished" section I decided to dress up an old Monogram Exacts Buick Grand National that I picked up for a buck or two at an antique/thrift shop. But I can't figure out how to disassemble it. I can dislodge the rear end but the front still seems pretty firmly in place. Any thoughts?
Thanks Matt

I disassembled a Grand National a couple years ago, so it is possible. I can't remember the specifics. Generally with mini-exacts I take a tiny screwdriver ( 1.4 mm blade ) , insert it through a wheel opening behind the tire, and pry or twist to separate interior molding from chassis. I recall that the body is attached to the chassis by a plastic pin extending straight down from the center of the hood.

Thanks!! I got it now. Off to find some sweet rims and tires for it now.
