Check out Burbank House of Hobbies, their website shows a painted, assembled UPS delivery truck with mirrors. New shield logo to fit on modern streets in the 2000's. This is too much! How much excitement can there be in 1 week? By the way, it looks pretty darn good.

Vito
Thanks for the heads up. I didn't even hear about this one through UPS and one of the family bussiness is as a UPS contractor. I'm sure it will be a nice model but at $26 and change my fleet will be small. Maybe I can get some through UPS when their released as promos. ;D

Good morning everyone Thought I would let you guys now that www.3000toys.com shows that the trucks will be in between spring and summer and that they are selling them for $19.95 each, a much more reasonable price. Both my rep @ b2b Replicas 3000 toys wholesale side and my rep @ UPS says they hope to have them by April or May but that UPS is still knit picking on the final look of the color and detail of the model. You all know how picky BROWN is. When I hear anything new I'll let you guys know. I have however ordered several cases of them for me and our UPS store because UPS assured me that they will be quite nice models. I guess we don't have to wait for Athearn anymore. ;D I can only hope that these will be a big success and they will then approach BillC about doing a version with his van. I forgot to say there is a picture and desription at 3000toys.com of the truck on the 2nd page for Norscott.

I'm very much looking forward to this model. Here's hoping that Norscot will make earlier versions of the lettering available in a later run.
I do wonder about that brown roof though. Most of the ones around here have the translucent whitish Kemlite roofs above the cargo area.
