Just found this site yesterday and, while new here, I've been in the model train hobby since '74 when I was in a 9th grade after school club. My current projects center around those homely looking Life-Like pickup trucks and what I've done to a couple.

I've knew those Life Like pickups could be a load of kit bashing fun and I'm glad to see these.

I also browsed through your website. The antique fire trucks are outstanding. The pine cars ( not 1/87) are a hoot. I love the frog and the beetle. I also had a lot of fun with my kids building pine cars.
