hi there guys, i'm pretty new to this forum. I decide to write this because i need wisdom from u guys. Can somebody please tell me how to make truck exhausts? where can i find these aluminum tubes that most modelers use for truck exhausts. especially those big fat ones that are curved out on "chickentrucks'? please illuminate me with ur knowldege, thanks i'll appreciate it. ;D -Perez-

I buy the aluminum tubing from a hobby shop that specializes in R/C airplanes. The plastic ink refills for ball point pens slide over it to make a decent muffler (remove the ink by washing in lacquer thinner). Bending it can be a trick. I slide a fine wire into the tube, bend and then remove the wire. Don't cut the tubing with cutters but roll the tube under a sharp blade to give you a nice cut. I have seen the tubing in several sizes but try to stay prototypical (about 3-5 inches) I have seen some with really fat exhaust and to me it looks a little silly.
