...matches Sunoco blue? It looks like that: www.designsinm.com/invimages/69Cam9.jpg, although it might be slightly darker or lighter. Depends on the lighting. I have been trying to find such paint for my Lion Ferrari Daytona kit for some time now without a tangable success. Normally I wouldn't really bother, but I am trying to match the prototype as close as possible. Any hints appreciated ...

Model Car World offers 2027 Sunoco Blue airbrush lacquer. ourworld-top.cs.com/mcwautofinishes/paint/racelist.htmlUnfortunately, they won't ship internationally, as postal regulations restrict mailing of lacquer-type paint. If you can't find anything more helpful, I will either check into what would be required to mail you the lacquer myself or see if I can get a paint chip that I can send for you to do matching.

Eric, you found a brilliant site!
I wonder if all of this information came from the Tamiya instruction sheets. or if someone figured it all out on their own? Probably a combination of the two.
I prefer Humbrol paints myself, but they are quite hard to find in the USA. Humbrol themselves arent Internet savvy at all, and whenever I find a store that carries their colours, they are always out of the basic ones (white, black, red etc) and the colors they have are all dried out...
