If you live near a Target store in the U.S., you can pick up a free Hot Wheels replica of the Ford Fusion sedan.
Ford commissioned 600,000 Hot Wheels models to be packed inside boxes of Kellogg's Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops, Cocoa Krispies and Apple Jacks sold in Target stores. The models come in three colors and there is one special red model that's worth a brand-new real Fusion sedan.
The promotion started August 1, so you might want to get over to a Target store soon before the shelves are stripped bare.

Dear Bill:
The fact that is calling the atention of the Collectors is the fact that these are offered as a sedan version, not as a racer (as the Taurus models were). And rumour has that Hot Wheels may release a 'special Focus Model' at their regular line.
I still did not had the opportumity to get it yet.

Got one of the Ford Fusions today. It's somewhere between the Hot Wheels cars they pack in Happy Meals and the retail version. Not a very good paint job and a plastic chassis, but it does have what passes for an interior in the average Hot Wheels car. The yellow window insert is a bit trippy.
So happy I have children to whom I can force-feed the cereal. ;D

Dear All:
Saw pictures of these items at another forum I belong to.Trippy painting and unusualy colored windows. I do not have anything that classify as human children,so I will be forced with the cereal, for,I will keep the cereal box as well and keep the eyes peeled for the Hot Wheels 'Custom Version' of it.
Now,if I only got the red one...........imagine how much this miniature will be worth at eBay!!
