Japanese vehicles like that would be nice, but European buyers don't really know these models, because they don't sell them here or models with the same name are completely different, like Accord and Civic. Nevertheless they'd be nice, although I'd prefer the European Civic i.e.
More Alfa's would be nice. And Volvo's!!!

I don't think these are modern cars ;-)

They wrote me that the Town Car and the Navigator are the contemporary models.

The models they told me that will likely be made are the Lincoln Navigator and the Lincoln Town Car in sedan and Stretch version.

Today I received a mail from River Point Station. I'd sent my wishes in, and now got a reply. One model I wished for will likely be made in two bodystyles, and he anounced another one to me :-) Both the same manufacturer.

To be honest, I would probably go for first for the Mazda6 simply to be able to offer a modern Japanese sedan. If I can't get the Camry or Accord, maybe a nice Mazda would do? I'm fine with that :-) However, the sedan is just the third choice for Europe...after wagon and sport hatch. I would buy any model though.

Please Bill, try to contact them even harder :-) That would be so nice. And don't forget the MX-5 then ;-) However, I understand the difficulties and complexity of communicating with automakers...especially when they are far away and have such a different culture. I think the Mazdas Herpa made in the 90s were wanted by Mazda Germany...however, it was possible to make them. So maybe they are easier to handle than the other Japanese companies. It might have changed since then though...

I wish to see the new Mazda 6 line in 1:87 :-) All three versions. Such a beautiful model. It just blew me away :-)

I second the call for the Aston Martin V8 (and most of the rest of the Bond cars too). But, as long as car makers like those 100,000 dollar exotics here is one I bet you'll never see on the road (only 3 made as I recall). Oh this car is one of the "cheaper" Aston Martin's, it's the all new small Roadster. I think it will be one of the stronger salers of that company, although we will not see that much of it on the roads.

Oh, I have to add something...
07 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster. What a beautiful thing :-) Wow. Especially in light blue metallic. Please someone should make it!

What I would like to see in 1:87 are these cars:
Alfa Romeo 159, 159 Sport Wagon, 07 Spider Mazda 6, RX-8, 06 MX-5 Plymouth Prowler 1st gen Ford Fiesta MG B GT (the Coupé) MG TF (the model until 05) TVR Vixen S1 (with the circular taillights) Daihatsu Copen 07 Ford Mondeo (esp. the Wagon), S-Max 05 Lotus Elise Citroen Berlingo AMC Pacer Wagon AMC Eagle Wagon 06 Lexus IS Honda Civic (every model year is welcome, but esp. the hatchbacks) 2nd gen Honda CRX
Okay...that's a lot...I don't think I will get the most of them anytime soon...but I'm allowed to dream :-)

Oh and two Lexus Models (at least in America and Europe). That's great. The first IS and the SC430. The HiLux looks great.

The only model of the Korean SSayuang (I do not remember the name - Mercedes looking one) I know is the one in 1/36 scale.Got one a while ago;came on my way today. It's Ssangyong. A Korean car manufacturer especially known for SUV's. They are officially imported to Europe.

Sadly almost all of the Mazda miniatures by Furuta are disappointing. Not comparable with the little Nissans I think. The Mazda 6 (how badly I wanted this one) has its dashboard even there where normally the front seats are located and this looks really weird. In addition the 6 is too small, although the car body looks good to me. However, the Mazda 2 has its rearwheels much too far away from the rear, normally it only has a very short ending behind the wheels...
