I found a book about Ford Model A/AA's that has just about everything you ever wanted to know about them. The name is: Model A/AA Ford Truck Owner By: A. G. McMillan Published by Post-Era Books - 1975 LCCC: 74-26382 In seems that back in the 30's Sales Equipment Company found everything they could that was printed by Ford, the after market companies and both small and large operators. They put all the information they found together in a looseleaf binder for the Ford salesmen, both in the dealership and in the field. This book is basically copies of all the information that was in that binder. It includes all the various types and models with dimensions that Ford made plus all the add ons like bodies, power takeoffs and various adaptations of the A/AA. There are pages and pages of dumps, booms, frame extensions, third axle, etc. Did I mention lots of dimensions. Lots of them. What a find for those modeling in the 30's
