A lot of Mercedes buses are already running with fuel cells. Here is an article about a bus for Madrid: www.evobus.com/evobus_e (end of the page).

The buses they use in Madrid are also running in Amsterdam, there are four of them that the local transport company (GVB) is currently testing. Rietze has already announced that they will be making the Amsterdam version of this Citaro too, I will definately get me one of these !

Not in commercial use, yet, but a Ballard-powered A-Class was also the first fuel cell vehicle to make the trancontinental trip from California to Washington, D.C. Either 25 or 50 fuel-cell powered A-Class cars have been delivered to the State of California, but I am not sure whether they are in regular government use or in a limited testing program.

UPS is currently evaluating one Ballard fuel-cell powered A-class in Southeast Michigan....
EDIT: OK, reading a thread from the first post on appears to be quite helpful. Sorry for posting this the second time!
