Finally a street car by Schuco that hasn´t been made by any other manufacturer before. What a coincidence. Imagine, in two or three years Schuco will have imitated every Herpa model and then...? They'll probably stop making 1/87 models because there will be no prototypes left for them. [/sarcasm] I agree that the Carrera GT is a great choice and I will buy more than one!

Dear Sirs:
I saw Schuco's line-up of HO's at eBay and they looked the same as anybody else.Now that I saw this Porsche,I agree:I want some of these myself.

I was determined not to buy any Schucos as I was angry at their numerous lost opportunities - but now, I guess I'll have to relent ;D

anyone know when the schucos will hit the stores? kl993, Second half of the year [most likely 2004 ] is all Schuco would say. Please note that their sample photo shows a 1:43rd scale model. The 1/87th piece probably won't look as nice! Marc
