Dear Sirs:
Gallob/Micro Machines also offered motorcycles close to 1/87 and the listing is present at the Model listings.

Yes, I reckon a few more 'bikes would help to make a diorama. Apart from Herpa's BMW, what have you got? I know Busch do a pretty good Vespa Scooter, but there's precious little else. Wouldn't it be good to see some other types available. Hmm, I can sense opportunity knocking here. Hold that thought!

Skunk: nice work! Who made that model?
There are a number of 1/87 motorcycle manufacturers: JL Innovative, Elsken, FMB, Big Boys Toys, DAVO, PMT ... all in the manufacturers list. ;D

Thank you! It is a Preiser set of three BMW models, but I changed it around a bit. I am considering building a Ducati from scratch, or based on one of these. I admit that I am weird, I like Japanese cars and Italian motorcycles... before you know it, I will prefer English wine and French whiskey ;D

Does anyone (besides Herpa) make modern motorcycles? I am not too interested in Harleys. I would really like a Ducati 996. a Yamaha R1, or a Honda Gold Wing. Time to get the toolbox out, I suppose...

Dear Skunk:
It seems that very few manufacturers are modeling motorcycles besides the ones that already listed. There is another company that produced Harleys as well.

Elsken #606 is a modern street racer that may suit your needs. Truckstopmodels carries the line, but that particular item is out of stock there.

Dear Skunk:
So far I know,Maisto's Motorcycles are 1/18 scale or larger.I never heard of an 1/87 scale bike done by them.
