Certainly no traditional 1/87 scale manufacturer if it fits the T-Jet chassis.

Can't say that the item in question bears much resemblance to a Lamborghini Huracán. Its proportions feels inaccurate in general, as the car is short and almost looks a little chubby. It doesn't appear to be in 1:87 scale either.
If this car is produced by a more well-known manufacturer, there should be some markings on it. Otherwise, one can always speculate about whether the body is made by a 3D printer or whether it is a mere toy that has been adapted to fit the undercarriage.
