That would be great Cor. You'd be very welcome. Now here is what I bought and a few observations about small series models that were for sale. If you wanted to, you could easily spend a couple thousand Euros there. Obviously I didn't - I had to make some hard choices instead. The quality of the models, too, has reached an astonishing level. I applaud this, and I am glad about innovations and about everyone who chooses to make his models available to collectors. At the same time I am a bit taken aback by how the small series market is changing. The licensing craze has certainly taken a toll on the hobby, as most everything is only dealt under the table and ideally you know the manufacturer personally and have already expressed your interest before the model is sold out. I don't really like to beg for a model or be coerced into buying one due to the limited edition on top of paying 35+ Euros for it. This should not be understood as a criticism of any one model maker in particular but rather as a stray observation by a nostalgic bystander. All in all, it's still fun (and it helps that there are a few pleasant exceptions). United Collectors UC 11 1981 Mercury Grand Marquis Colony Park Station Wagon United Collectors UC 10 Citroen Acadiane Holger Hanke's Messerschmitt - Holger usually doesn't offer kits for sale, so big thanks to him! Miniature Realism - a few conversion kits: Dodge Ram (for River Point Ford), Jaguar (Schuco), GM Van (Neo). Miniature Realism - new and a nice surprise were these photo-etched steering wheels. 3.50 Euro per set, available from Michael Scheel. Michael also had on display a master model of an Australian Iveco Powerstar, which will be available at a later time. JMK 2015 Ford Mustang Coupe JMK Austin Princess Jens also had: Jaguar F-Type, 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible, 2007 Aston Martin DBS, Lagonda Series 4, Lagonda Series 1 Shooting Brake. High Tech Modell/MTM Morgans - limited to 30 kits each. Markus Meier also had a few new models for sale, most notably the Alfa Romeo 8C Coupe (22 Euros). He is currently working on an older Nissan Skyline, modern Nissan SUV and a second generation Dodge Intrepid (?) - see photos of his display case.

Daniel Künstler I believe - many nicely built JMK and 87 RPM kits. They're also Fred Hantke's.

Any more detail on that Dodge Challenger (Kurt Titzler) ? It's a resin kit that had been in development over the last year or two. Kurt put the master model together quite ingeniously from shrunken down 1/64 scale parts. It's very accurately made, contains 28 parts and includes rubber tires, clear cast windows and decals. The price is about 35-40 EUR. I don't have his email address, but if anyone is interested in the kit I can probably establish contact. Meanwhile, the competition entrants are up on mo87: www.mo87.de/?site=1&val=ber-187&cont=027Also related to the Fulda event is this Mack MH Ultraliner, which Kurt Hofmeyer graciously sent me afterwards:

Christian,
Thank you for the excellent Fulda coverage, and follow up. I would in fact be interested in ordering several of those Challenger kits at the beginning of next year. So, if you're able to post or send me Kurt's contact info, that would be great.
In addition, I noticed a few other interesting models (e.g., Chris Zinn's Ampera). How might we contact those model makers?
Thanks again!
Tony F.

Hi there,
I´m the guy with the Challenger.
I already have an account here, username sonic, but I changed my email provider and so I could not reactivate my old account...
The kit has no rubber tire, it´s black colored resin, like some other parts of the kit, too.
Kurt
