I have seen at www.mo87.de pictures of the new C4. I see that the small window near the A pillar has not been represented but slightly engraved and painted in black. www.mo87.de/content/ber-mot/gfx-content/ber076-010g.jpgHow would you paint it to get a glazing effect? Silver + smoke? Only in silver? Would it be better to leave it as is?

Albert, In the workbench section under "what color for windows" there are quite a few techniques that address your question. Pick one! Chester

I suppose the window glass extends to the area behind this closed window. If that is so, you could just try to cut it out ...

Chester Yes I have checked those techniques but I am afraid that the final result will look too different to the other windows. I will have to test carefully all the options before painting. Cut it out is also interesting. With a small drill and patience it would be possible.

Cutting it out might be problematic if the car is metallic coloured, as you will end up with a slight change in color then. I guess you are going to have to paint it as well...
