I am currently assembling some tractor/trailer models and need some help....I am really a car guy.
I'am trying to improve an 1/87 early 60's 35 foot Fruhauf trailer made by Lee Town. The wheels are very toy like.
I am also trying to improve the wheels on an early 70's trailer made by Cox.
Who supplies nicely detailed wheels for 1/87 period truck models. I am sure I have some old Ulrich wheels, but there must be better items on the market.
Thanks
Joe

Joe, Available at Truck Stop Models are: A-Line 2 hole disc wheels (AL- 50004) Lonestar 5 spoke wheels (LSM- 12003) Both are prototypically correct mounted on rubber tires. Lonestar also makes landing gear, mud flaps and marker lenses. Cheryl and Trip Aiken at Truck Stop Models are great folks that will help you with any and all questions. Check out their catalog, it's not all trucks. www.truckstopmodels.com

I was able to pick up some A-Line wheels at my local hobby shop. They look great pictures soon to follow.
