Do you happen to know how he made the rivets? Tichy Train group makes styrene rivets in a variety of rivet head sizes. They are a manufacturer of US freight car kits and detail parts in 1/87. Dave

Today I was at the hobby shop and took a look at the Tichy rivets. There were several sizes, ranging 0.02" to 0.08" actual. 0.02" = 1.74" scale. Converting to metric, 0.02"=0.51mm actual, 44mm scale.
Tichy also has the former Grandt Line products including the nut-bolt-washer castings mentioned in a prior post.
All of these are in stryrene, and have a thin plastic mounting peg.

Another winner Chester's Mack tank truck is very nicely done. The painting, detailing, photographing are all excellent. Thanks again for sharing.
