If I can get this Photobucket stuff figured out I'll start posting some projects. Here is a Tonkin Pete that I put on a Herpa frame and used Herpa wheels and tires. I made the full fenders from sheet aluminum. and another shot I hope this worked.

Other than the pictures are a little fuzzy, they showed up for the time being. Sometimes the photobucket images stop linking after so many hits or days. Looks like a really nice truck. Good to see you posting your work.

Richard Thanks for your comments. I'm disappointed in the pics they weren't blurry when I transffered them. I'll downsize them and zoom in and see if that helps.

It simply looks like the camera focused on the background rather than on the truck. I don't know what kind of camera you use, but mine allows me to choose the point where the camera will focus.

Yes, try backing up a bit and cropping the truck only for the picture. I'm interested in your opinion of the Ton Pete too Bryan.

Here are a couple of the many projects I'm working on. The 1st is a RPS cab on a Boley chassis, and the car is a hydroshrink that is 1:87. The hydroshrinkings I've started are from thr encouragement from Lee, Jerry, and BillC. Can you tell me what the car is, i234.photobucket.com/albums/ee279/ponyman79/2010Camaroonflatbed003.jpg?t=1246153412 : I'm working on hollowing out the casting also to try and make ita hollow cast kit. I'm sorry that you have to go to the picture I followed how you all told me to post the pictures but now photobucket puts this link here instead of the pictures.

I think I'd be able to tell without any help, but since you named the picture "2010 Camaro on flatbed", it was pretty easy. Nice, looks like it's coming out quite correct. Watch out though, so that GM doesn't come slap you with a lawsuit. They'll be very happy to take (more of) your money. What do you use for hollowing out? While a dremel is very useful, it can be easier to directly make a mold for the male silicone piece, eliminating all of those shavings from your desk.

I was just checking to see if anybody was looking. I have to hollow it out with the dremel first then I can make the 2nd part of the mold. I think I'll be okay as far as Government Motors gos. We'll just have to see I am working on several other GM shrinkings including a Vega, and a 1985 Monte Carlo SS also an International Scout II.

A Scout II would be amazing - unbelievable that no one has yet made a model of such an icon (to off-roaders, at least). I guess that as soon as you finish your casting, some large manufacturer will announce a Scout...
