The GUY cab is ready since a while, I had put two of them on Ebay and even with the very low staring bid I got real lucky to find any bidders at all, so I figured I hit the bottomline of interest with this one. I put two of them in the package for you. But the Motor Panels cab has so many possible modifications, just thinking of the FTF and Scammell Crusader but also the ERF Euro Cab, Foden, Seddon and Unipower. Nobody seemed to realize that so I'm going to have to build them all by myself again.

I don't know what all of these trucks look like, but I am interested. Is there a good website for British trucks that someone could recommend?

Dear All:
One day,a while ago, when I was walking at the streets of my neighbourhood, I found an yellow, toy truck thrown away, in c1/64 - 1/76 scale. I took it, and I found the design of it quite interesting. As I came home, hit Nick Georgano's Encyclopedia of Commercial Vehicles and to my enormous surprise, I had found a Hong Kong Plastic Copy of a Guy truck (on the site above, is the 'modern version' that appears in the background of the screen). If I had known that one is avaliable in HO and is a ready model, I would havd taken it; love British Trucks and specially their Buses (Leyland being my favorite). I also would like to see a FTF truck in any scale; remember staring at these for a while when I would see them at Georgano's Encyclopedia.

Dear Peter:
Exactly like that, but there is not anything at the rear of mine, and the tyres are missing. Good example at that bid.
I use eBay myself not only to buy and sell, but as a Reference as well.
Thanks for the info,
Nick K

I just made pics for Cor, so I'll add them here, too. Here's the finished FTF I was talking about earlier: Actually, it's not really finished, a little sanding and polishing still needed. But I'll have it ready by tomorrow. If you want one, give me a note, I'm already taking orders. I'll add it to the tradezone in the next few days, as soon as I have better pictures.

The FTF is ready and I did the first castings. I'm fresh out of primer so the "fotomodel" comes without. I've added windscreen wipers to the master and detail to the bumper. I've also added some position lights to the roof for the final touch. Now it's ready.

Thanks, Chester. But the casting isn't the best I've done so far, it needs a little more flash removing than I had wished, but all in all I think it's ok and it'll do for now.

<speechless>
Outstanding. How did you resolve the rear window issue?
My only complaint is that you left the inside green on #2. And that's if I was to engage nitpick mode.
Can't wait to get two of these for myself... Superb work.

Yes, they are fantastic. I am running out of superlatives for the great stuff that everyone has started posting here recently.
