Just found some digital shots of a few old things, and I figured I'd display them here for critique: This is a Jollyni Ferrari 225S, with new exhausts, scratchbuilt (lumpy) steering wheel, new windshield, pedals and gearknob. Oh, and the taillights are homemade as well, from kristal kleer. ................(click the pic for a bigger shot)

Hakan, That is a great little model with many details to please Cockpit controls and gauges, wire mesh grill, and the wheels ( to name a few ) all make this appear as a larger scale model. Great photos tool. Do the headlights need a rim? Dave

Lumpy steering wheel you say? If I could do half that good with such small parts like that, I would be one very happy camper. Great piece of detailing Skunk.

Thank you all for your kind words. Yes, the headlights could use some rims. In any case (luckily, perhaps) this model has gotten lost in one of my many many recent moves and is no more.
I have bought another Jollyni Ferrari (a 250MM) which will be better by far. Next time, for instance, I wont spend six hours sculpting a perfect windshield only to then cloud it up by affixing an interior rear view mirror with super glue... arrgghhh!

I learned long ago (by the same method) not to use any of the alphacyanoacrylate adhesives anywhere near transparent plastic. In fact, if I use super glue on any part of a model that has transparent plastic components that I want to remain clear, I let the glued part cure for at least an hour to ensure there won't be any clouding.

Spectacular little model Håkan! Great detail on the interior. By the way, to get rid of the white blems from ACC glue on clear plastic just swab a little Future floor wax on it.
