Hi @all, here are some of my projects which are in progress. The first one is a 1968 AMC AMX from JMK. I colored the model in bluemetalflake and add some details. Now the windows are molded with kristal klear. Second is an El Camino from Alloy Forms. The model is build with rolling wheels from herpa. The color is a darkgreymetalflake with aqua pearl flakes. And another project, the Bates Mansion from Psycho with the motel from walthers. Hope you enjoy the pics!

And here is a pic from my newest project. The 1978 Ford Fairmont Sedan, undecorated. The Ford will get chrome wheels from herpa and it will be lowered to the ground.

So i get a new camera and here are new pics. The AMX has the last clear coat and the front window is also finished. The next step will be the bumpers. But i'm not sure if it is better to take Testors Chrome or Bare Metal Foil for them.

Markus, I like the way your El Camino turned out, as shown on your other thread. With a little patience the Alloys Forms pieces make great models.
The AMX is looking good. I assume your chrome question is about the asthetics, but if you have not used BMF before the AMX would be a good project to start with.
I recently saw the used car lot scence from Psycho on TV, and the cop's car is a 59 Ford like the CMW model. I couldn't watch long enough to see whether the same cop (car) visited the motel.

And here is a 1958 Plymouth Custom Suburban from Athearn. I colored it in green metalflake and i lowered the chassis extremely to the ground. The bumpers i molded with BMF, but this was a really annoying work by this grill design. Pics from the grill and the chassis will follow.

Interesting take on the Plymouth wagon Markus. The close up shots of the AMX show an excellent paint job. Nice work.
