Many of the few N Series Mack tractors produced went to Export markets, the Netherlands in particular. They were assembled in Hilversum by Floor. The B-61 too. Floor started later with their own trucks: FTF. The first FTF trucks had Mack engines.

But only assembled, I assume. Or did they have a real production facility?

How many companies used this body depicted on the Hendrickson truck? I only know the ones you mentioned, but there may be others, but if so, probably smaller manufacturers. IHC also made a nice conventional using the cab. Odd looking, but it sorta gets to you.

A little research reveals that the Ford C cab was shared by one other manufacturer besides Mack and FWD, that being Yankee-Walter. A builder of fire/rescue equipment. Sorry, no pics.

Quote from the Wikipedia article I linked earlier in this thread:
"Between 1958 and 1960, the C-Series added quad headlights. This was helpful for fire departments who wanted to use the extra headlight bezels for emergency flashers, an option that was offered exclusively to fire, and other emergency vehicles after 1960."
