Wow, nice 510! But why the double set of mirrors? In the old days... Such ralley mirrors were THE assesoirs to pimp your car. Without removing the original ones... I had some on my Fiat 1500 at the time too.

Hello guys, happy to see that there is more traffic on our site in the last week. I was a little bit worried for the last month. Down under you can see my newest product, a police version of the ´74 Monaco. Great model, Nick. "We're on a mission from God!!" Back in the mid-80's, a friend had one of these, but it was a former California Highway Patrol car. Considering the weight, it was quite fast at the time (mid-80's) vs. the 5.0 Camaros and Mustangs of that era. The way it was geared, it could probably pull from a freeway onramp to 130 mph in what felt like no time, although I was 16 or 17 at the time, and hadn't had alot of experience riding in fast cars. What is this model based on, or did you mention it previously, and I am too lazy to look ?

Those look great, Nick! Do you sell any as kits or finished products, or are they all one-offs?

Great slide show, Nick.
I have forgotten how many models you have shown on this forum, and there were even a few more not previously seen.
thank you, Dave

Hello Hemicuda, all this models are copies from a master which normally is made from wax and/or plaster. The copies are made with plexiglass, a very hard material which normally is used for Prothesis. For the moulds I use a two phase silicone or a special silicone for duplication. With the latter one I can make five to ten copies before the mould is worthless. The left models I´m willed to share. My method is too time-spending and the material too expensive to make a reasonable price. For that I prefer to change my models for other american cars in H0. Some of my models were advanced, copied and made in resin from Jens Müller from cologne/germany. But I don´t know what´s available there.
Dave, there are nearly 100 models made, mostly the older american cars from ´46 to ´75. I´m working on a complete list for celebrating the number 100, maybe I missed it already..... I will show you step by step all cars. I renovated some of the older models as well. Good luck nick

The Lexus looks great. Is the white SUV that stands in front of it an Opel Antara?

Hello Mstar, it´s the Captiva/Antara. At the moment, I change this model into the only Chevy Captiva. At the end I have to change the curve of the last window. When ready I´ll post some photos. nick By the way, someone knows, under which brandmark GM sells the Insignia in the states?
