Thanks again for the compliments! …How you manage the black backpart with the exact chrome? Nothing special, just the usual diluted black paint… and some final improvements of chrome here and then. But, once again, as you've noticed the Lincolns, I must say that the grills of the models are perfect. …why you don´t goes on with the picture in picture of the backs of the models.... best regards nick I plan to do so, to put new pictures for my galleries, but I'm not happy with the lighting of the models when I took these pictures.

I'm not very happy with the result, but it's my fault, I've built this model too quickly. But anyway, here is one of Joe's models, a Mercury Park Lane Marauder Hardtop Coupe 1964

Thanks Joe! But your model was so nice, I regret not to have done it better. I'll re-order you this Mercury next time…

The paint doesn't look bad to me and it's again a very nice shade. One thing I would maybe change is cut out the little side window more towards the roof, but I know that it isn't easy.

Again, very nice, I really like the color scheme. Can't wait to see the Lincoln!

Great glazing! That's something else as Kristal Kleer!

Great glazing! That's something else as Kristal Kleer! Thanks guys! I always use the same kind of clear plastic, cut and curved till I find the right shape, but in fact, there are stil some holes here and there. The front windshield on such models are rather easy to cut, but the rear window!?! What a nightmare! ;D

Sylvain, what glue do you use to keep the clear plastic in place?
I have been using Tester model airplane cockpit glue. It drys clear and could fill in the any gaps

I have been using Tester model airplane cockpit glue. It drys clear and could fill in the any gaps Thanks for the tip, I should try. I use a very simple glue for plastic, but very pasty. Since I took the pictures, I've redone the rear window, it's much better now, as the two jambs look thiner.

I'm using Kristal Kleer for it. When there are gaps... it will fill. And the plastic keeps clear!

Some very nice work Sylvain. Joe's vehicles really finish nicely and I too like the color choice on the Impala.
I also like the Krystal Klear but have found Sobo craft glue which behave very much the same but comes in a larger bottle for less money.
