Hello all and thanks for the compliments. Skunk, Most of the time I find it easier and more enjoyable to scratchbuild the parts than use what's available. Usually detail parts that are complicated and casted in resin can't include all the necessary detail because of casting problems. Barnaba, The deck is a laser cut kit for TVW Miniatures that I picked up at a model train show. I'm not sure if they have a website. It's a little thick but I wanted a heavier looking deck for the trailer anyway. Not to mention it has an adhesive backing which is nice for attaching it to the styrene. Thanks for the explanation. What a pity that in Italy we do not have all the assortment of aftermarket stuff you have in the States. The problem is that 1/87 scale is unfamiliar to italian modellers (except for trains) and I only know 2 other people that make 1/87 trucks.
